Greetings Earthlings, I’m currently sat in the back of my Mum’s car with my Mum and Nana in the front on the way back from the Knitting and Stitching Show in Harrogate. I’ve just polished off a ham and cheese toastie from Costa and now here I am, feeling all professional and writing on the go. As you’ve probably guessed by the little intro and the title, today’s post is about our trip to Harrogate. So, let’s grab a cuppa and crack on… I very much come from a family of creative’s, I have a quilted blanket from my Nana when I was little, and a patchwork knitted blanket from my Mum and have had countless cardigans made for me over the years. Hence, in my younger years I asked to be taught how to knit several times by my Mum and Nana separately and they taught me, time and time again and I never seemed to pick it up.
