REVIEW: Hot Mess by Lucy Vine

Hello Earthlings, One of the beautiful things about being on holiday is that you have so much time on your hands that you can happily waste the days away reading. A pool day reading choice this week was Hot Mess by Lucy Vine. I didn't set out to find this book but as I was scrolling through the Store page on my Kindle trying to grab some last minute holiday reads when I came across Hot Mess followed by "Bridget Jones for a new generation" and this caught my eye. Side note: I'm currently reading the Bridget Jones diaries at home and just started the second, I did consider bringing these along but how on earth could I manage 3 extra books in my suitcase and all my clothes for 2 weeks and a big bottle of conditioner with just 20kg baggage allowance? I know, too hard, must invest in a private jet. As this was an impulse purchase I started reading with no idea of what to expect other than something that will vaguely remind me of Bridget Jones. Putting the world to rights

Hello Earthlings, If you aren't familiar with the phrase putting the world to rights I have gone to the effort of googling it for an explanation for you, to put the world to rights is to have a conversation with someone in which you exchange opinions on a range of subjects, especially opinions on how to solve society's problems. Hello Earthlings, First things first, I want to do a couple of PSAs as I'm aware my blog has been all over the place and not really there recently and I can clear this up for you. Blogging is still something I'm very much interested and I love having my little space on this internet and I'm so grateful that you're reading this right now because recently there's been little to no content. The main reason for this is that my laptop has decided it no longer wants to work properly so I'm currently in the process of trying to transfer all my files onto memory sticks so I can sort a new laptop out which is taking a very long time. How frustrating? So, I'm currently borrowing my Mum's laptop to write this on whilst we get all sorted. This will also be posted on Thursday, even though my posting day has been Sunday for a long time. I decided to shake it up a bit as I hope to develop my blog into something a little more relevant to me. Sunday has always been the
